Services and Programs

The following services are available through eLearning. Use our request form to solicit any of our services.
 Instructional Design services

Instructional Design

Talk to an instructional designer about a pedagogical problem, a new teaching idea, or to re-design a course using more (or different) technology.  If you are transitioning a face-to-face course to an online or hybrid course, or wanting to significantly increase your use of technology in the face-to-face course, it’s especially useful to talk to an instructional designer.  Instructional designers can give you ideas about best practices in course design, the best technologies to use, and what other resources on campus can support the project.

Multimedia Development services

Multimedia Development

Multimedia Learning Objects (MLOs) can enhance online, hybrid, and face-to-face instruction.  Consult with our Multimedia Developer to locate or even create MLOs that help communicate specific, knotty concepts in your course.  You might end up with an interactive simulation, motion graphics, animations, or even mobile solutions.

Computer Lab Services

Studio 6

Studio 6 is a high-tech environment staffed with student instructional technology assistants (ITAs).  eLearning's instructional designers and multimedia developers are also available.  We are located in room 1-205C (Look for the teal door frame!).  You can also email studio6@cpp.edu or call 909.869.3099.  Drop in Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Training services

Workshops and Summer Institute

eLearning can offer pedagogical technology workshops for your department, college, or group, tailored to your needs.  Or, attend our flagship workshop, the “Engaging the Digital Student Initiative" summer institute, an in-depth exploration of the intersection of course design and technology.  Our upcoming events can also be found on the eLearning & Faculty Center section of the Campus Master Calendar.
